Service Description
Start with a focused conversation about your project. During this one-hour virtual session, we'll review your goals, existing conditions, key constraints, available information, and the questions that need to be answered before moving forward. This session can be used to discuss an industrial or product design challenge, packaging project, commercial environment, or another design need that may fall within CYAN's capabilities. The goal is to better understand the project, identify what information may still be needed, and determine appropriate next steps. A Discovery Session does not guarantee project acceptance or include a formal design proposal, drawings, concepts, or production-ready deliverables.
Cancellation Policy
Project Discovery Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please make changes through your booking confirmation before the 24-hour cutoff.
